Three designated parking spaces are available for you at The Overlook. Additional parking for family and friends are only steps away.

The Overlook has a spacious Kitchen, with plenty of counter space. A full size Refrigerator, microwave, and range/oven are there for your use. Kitchen utensils, and small appliances are also provided.

A full size washer and dryer can be used to keep your luggage to a minimum.
|
The living room, dining, and kitchen, are located on the top floor. Seating for 6 at the table, plus 3 at the counter, give ample room for everyone. A half bath is also located on this floor.

A large fireplace is the centerpiece in the living room. It's hard to decide between the LCD flat screen TV w/DVD player, or the spectacular sight of the 12,600ft Seirra Blance peak veiwed from the adjoining deck.

You'll find, the heart of The Overlook is the Game room. Tournament quality Foosball table, soft-tip dartboard, 3-in-1 game table, and TV w/DVD player are ready and waiting. Pokerchips, assorted board games, cards, and darts, are all provided. A great place to keep the fun going after a days activities. A queen size sleeper/sofa is located in the Game room, if needed.

A King size bed is in the master bedroom. A dresser w/mirror, and a double sliding mirror door closet, offer maximum storage space. A wall-mounted flat screen LCD TV is also provided. All mattresses in The Overlook are topped with 2" memory foam, to offer you a resort-quality nights rest.

Adjacent to the Master bedroom, and separated by a full bath, is bedroom 2. A Queen size bed topped w/2" memory foam. A dresser w/mirror, and a double sliding mirror doored closest, provide ample storage.

A full bathroom separates, and is shared by the Master bedroom, and Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3 offers a Queen size bed topped w/2" memory foam. A dresser w/mirror, and a double door closet allow ample storage. A TV w/VCR is also provided.

Bedroom 4, "The Bunkhouse", has twin bunk-beds large enough for adults. Both w/2" memory foam topper's. A 6 drawer dresser w/mirror, and closet give ample storage for personal items. A great room with a western flair.

A full bath separates, and is shared by bedrooms 3 & 4.
